BITPARAX allows you to control the way that we use personal identifying information that we might obtain. At the time you provide personal information, BITPARAX may give you the option of declining any future offers or information about new products, promotions or services. In addition, many of the “mailings” that BITPARAX may send you, such as newsletters, have the procedures within them to cancel the receipt of any future mailings. Lastly you may be given the opportunity to “opt-out”.


How secure is my personal information?


BITPARAX has taken steps to assure that all information collected will remain secure and in its original form, i.e. free from any alteration. As such, access to all personal information is strictly controlled. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored and processed via our Site. We store your personal and non-personal information securely throughout the life of your BITPARAX account on our computers everywhere in the world where BITPARAX facilities or our service providers are located. Sharing your personal information


We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. Deactivating your account


If you deactivate your BITPARAX account, we will mark your account in our database as “Deactivated,” but will keep your account information in our database for a period of time described above. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. If you do deactivate your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as required by law, or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We endeavour to ensure that the personal information it holds is accurate and up-to-date. We realise that this information changes frequently with changes of address and other personal circumstances.
